Bolt on now, or leave the door open
Each of these can be added at install or years later. Say so up front and we’ll design the system so the upgrade stays cheap.
Battery storage
Store the surplus your panels make at midday and run the house on it through the evening peak instead of exporting it for very little.
EV charger
A 7 kW smart charger that schedules around your solar generation, so the car fills up on the power you already made.
Hot water heat pump
Replace gas hot water with a heat pump timed to run at midday, turning your largest gas cost into daytime solar.
Most people never pay up front
With interest-free finance the weekly repayment is often less than the amount the system takes off your bill — so you’re ahead from the first quarter.
Approved applications can start at zero up front.
No interest across the term, subject to provider approval.
Clear the balance whenever you like at no extra cost.
Finance applies to the discounted price, not the full one.
Subject to finance approval, your actual usage and current tariffs.
How our quotes work
Usually it comes down to panel and inverter tier, and to what has been left out. Cheaper quotes often exclude the grid application, meter reconfiguration, tilt frames or two-storey access, then add them later. Our comparison table lists everything included so you can check line by line.
Yes. Every quote we give already has the Solar Victoria rebate and federal STCs applied, assuming you’re eligible. We confirm your eligibility before quoting so there’s no adjustment later.
Mainly roof type and access: tile roofs, two-storey homes, split arrays across multiple faces, long cable runs, switchboard upgrades or tilt frames on a flat roof. We identify all of these during the site assessment and quote them in, rather than raising them on install day.
Within limits, yes. Panel arrays are commonly oversized relative to the inverter, which improves output in weaker light. We’ll design the combination that suits your roof and usage rather than forcing you into a fixed bundle.
We’ll happily review a competing quote and show you where the differences actually sit. If it’s genuinely the same equipment, same inclusions and same warranty terms, talk to us. If it isn’t, we’ll show you what’s missing.
Credentials that actually mean something
Every install is backed by the accreditations that keep your rebate valid and your warranties enforceable.
CEC Approved Solar Retailer
Signed up to the Clean Energy Council’s code of conduct on sales, pricing and after-sales support.
CEC-Accredited installers
Every system installed and signed off by a CEC-accredited installer — required for STCs and warranties.
Solar Victoria authorised
Authorised to deliver Solar Homes rebates — we check eligibility and lodge the paperwork for you.
New Energy Tech Approved Seller
A signatory to the New Energy Tech Consumer Code, the national benchmark for fair energy-tech sales.
The rebate comes off your quote — not your paperwork
We check your eligibility and handle the full Solar Homes application, so the discount is applied up front. No forms for you to chase.
